Welcome to the Northern College Strategic Plan Information Site. Between now and March, we’ll be working with Clearlogic Consulting Professionals to gather information, consult with our staff and stakeholders, and develop a strategic plan.

This website has been created to provide a central, easily accessible location for information related to the process. Here you’ll find consultation schedules, a link to our anonymous on-line survey, progress reports and information about the strategic planning process.

The consulting team facilitating our plan will be regularly updating the site, so please check back regularly to learn more about how things are progressing.

We’re committed to providing lots of opportunities for our staff, students, clients, partners and stakeholders to get involved in developing the plan. We know that if we’re going to be able to implement the strategies we create, everyone has to buy in.
